You can return the product if it is not on the list of non-returnable items and if you received it in one of the following conditions:

  • Non-matching product: (If the product has not been used, is in its original intact packaging, and includes all tags and brand labels).
  • Defective product: (If it has a manufacturing defect, provided that the issue is clarified through a video or photos sent to the after-sales service department).

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging from the seller (sealed and undamaged box) and should not be damaged or in poor condition. The packaging must be sealed and intact.
  • Delivery charges of 30 QAR will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

What is the allowed period for exchange or return?

Dear customer, please note that you can exchange or return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in good condition, unused, and has the original brand label. We will not accept the return of any used, damaged, misused, or washed product. Additionally, we cannot accept the return or exchange of any product that is not in its original box or if it is evident from the photos sent to customer service that it has been used. The customer will bear the delivery charges and any price difference if applicable in case of an exchange.

How long does it take for a cash refund?

The cash refund process takes 7-14 working days.

What are the exchange fees if I decide to exchange my order without any manufacturing defect? A fee of 30 QAR.

I received a product that I didn’t order. What should I do?

No need to worry. All you have to do is contact the customer service number on WhatsApp for your country, provide them with a picture of the received item along with the invoice, and they will contact you to resolve your issue within 48 working hours.

I received my order damaged!

If you received any damaged, broken, or incorrect product, please contact customer service and send a picture of the received item. We will assist you in resolving your issue and replace the item with a new one free from any defects.

Where should I send my returned order?

In Qatar, a courier will be sent after you provide customer service with a picture of the product that meets the return conditions. The courier will collect the order in its original condition, and the original amount will be refunded after deducting the delivery charges within a period not exceeding 14 working days.

Can I exchange any product I purchased?

You can exchange any product you are not satisfied with, except for those products that fall under the company's non-returnable policy.
